Metalised plastic beads consist of a milky white plastic core and a metallic finish coating. They are lead free and come in a wide variety of shapes, sizes and patterns. Metalised beads can lend to a desired “chunky” look without adding a lot of weight. The varnish creates a hardened shell around the bead, which is resistant to chipping.
