Why Use Oval Jump Rings?
The tension point is at either end of the oval and the opening is on the side so it is more secure!
Opening & Closing Jump rings
Using two pliers, hold the opened jump ring with the pliers in your dominant hand and with a small twist pull the other pliers towards you. Never pull apart the ring as this will cause metal fatigue.
