HISTORY OF AUORA BOREALIS (aka ‘AB’)
It’s hard to believe that the rainbow-hued fashion phenomenon celebrated a milestone anniversary in 2016: the famous Aurora Borealis effect, which took the industry by storm in the 1950s. Swarovski’s Aurora Borealis effect began life as the muse to Christian Dior’s creative vision, thereafter appearing in countless couture collections. To this day, it rocks the ranges of legendary fashion greats such as Escada and Une Ligne.
